Find out if your course idea will actually sell.
Before you spend a year and $10,000 finding out the hard way.
Decide is a 4-week group program with Serge from Inweba. Four lessons, four live calls, real conversations with five potential buyers, and the math. You leave with a one-page decision: build it, change it, or don't build it yet.
The call is to check this is a fit. If it is not, I will tell you.

Most course sites fail before they launch
Okay, so here is the situation I see every week. Somebody has an idea for a course, a coaching program, or a membership. They sign up for Kajabi, hire a designer or spend four months recording videos, launch, and sell four copies. Or zero.
“In 200+ builds I have almost never seen a site fail because of the design.”
It fails because nobody checked, before building, whether the right people wanted this thing at this price. I build these for a living, so take this seriously: a lot of the people who come to me for a build are not ready, and I tell them. Decide is that conversation, done properly, over four weeks, with a group in the same spot.
Who this is for
This is for you if
- You have an idea for a course, coaching program, or membership, and you have not built it yet, or you built something and it did not sell.
- People already ask you about the thing you know. A job, a practice, a skill, a result.
- You can give this 3 hours a week for 4 weeks.
- You want a straight answer more than encouragement.
This is not for you if
- You already have paying customers and a working offer. Talk to me about a build instead.
- You want to hear that your idea is great. Sometimes the answer is "not this, not yet."
- You want a course on how to make a course. This is a decision, not a curriculum.
Four weeks. One decision.
-
Week 1
Pick what to sell
The five product shapes, what each one earns, and what each one costs to run. You write your transformation statement and pick a shape.
-
Week 2
Talk to five real buyers
Five short conversations with real potential buyers, using my script. You write down what they said, in their words. You get three weeks for this, on purpose.
-
Week 3
Run your numbers
Three competitors, your price range, and the math on a sheet I built: how many buyers you need, at what price, from what audience. Your income goal meets your own numbers, and I show you the Kajabi numbers nobody puts on a sales page.
-
Week 4
Decide
You score the idea on five things and make the call: build it, change it, or not yet. Everyone says their decision out loud. Then you and I talk one on one.
How it works
01
A weekly rhythm - one short recorded lesson, then one live group call. Tuesdays at 12pm Eastern, 90 minutes, recorded if you miss it.
02
Hot seats on every call - everyone gets a deep one on their own idea during the four weeks, and everyone speaks every week.
03
Written feedback in 48 hours - homework in before the call means my written feedback in your document within 48 hours. Homework not in, no hot seat that week. That is the only rule.
04
Your own Google Drive folder - your intake, your Decision Doc, your Viability Sheet. Everything you make is yours and stays yours after the program ends.
05
A private community in Kajabi - for questions between calls, open through the program and for two weeks after your final 1:1. You also get a Kajabi trial and a 10-minute tour. Nothing gets built in these four weeks.
06
A 30-minute call with me at the end - one on one, to go through your decision.
You leave with one page
Your transformation statement, your ideal client in five lines, what five real people told you, the math, and a scored decision with the reason. My verdict is on it too, in writing: what I would do, and what I would not. You can show it to your spouse or your business partner and explain why you are, or are not, spending money on this next.
You also get it as a designed one-page PDF with your name on it. Most programs end with a certificate. This one ends with a decision you can hold.

Decide ends with a decision. If it is "don't build it", we are done, and you kept most of a year and a lot of money. If it passes, there are three more stages. You can stop after any of them, and a lot of people should stop after Stage 1. Stage 1 is the only thing you are buying today.
-
Stage 1You are here
Decide
4 weeks$1,000
Everything on this page. You leave with a decision.
-
Stage 2
Offer
6 weeks2 Ă— $2,500
We lock your offer and your price from your Stage 1 evidence, write your sales page in a working document, and build your outreach list. That is the first four weeks. The last two weeks you sell: doors open, a real deadline, and me in your corner while you talk to real buyers. The pass mark is not a feeling, it is people paying you before anything gets built. Weekly group call, three one-on-ones with me, written feedback within 48 hours. Capped at 8.
-
Stage 3
Build
3 months$10,000 to $12,000
My team builds it: the site and your offers. Your main program at the center, a small course under $100 so a stranger has an easy first yes, and a premium offer on top, usually 1:1 coaching or a VIP tier. If one of those does not fit your business, we swap it for what does. Design, checkout, emails, launch. Paid 25 / 50 / 25. Five slots per group, because that is how many the team can run well at once.
-
Stage 4
Grow
MonthlyFrom $750
After launch, your job is to sell what we built, not to build more. So Stage 4 starts light: my team keeps everything running and makes the small fixes your first real customers show us, while you promote. $750 a month, month to month. When the numbers show it is selling, we step up to the monthly plan: a call with me every month, a one-page report, and one focused build every quarter. $2,000 a month, in 3-month blocks. Traffic, content, and promotion are yours, everything inside Kajabi is ours. One product selling well beats five products sitting there, and I will tell you honestly if the light plan is all you need.
What this replaces
Here is what people usually spend before they find out the idea does not work:
- A year of Kajabi with nothing sellingabout $2,000
- A course on how to make a course, with no tech helpabout $2,000
- A freelancer to build it, with no strategy$3,000 to $10,000
- And the year. The year is the expensive part.
Decide is four weeks and $700 for the founding group. If the answer is no, it is the cheapest no you will ever get.

Who's telling you this
I run Inweba, a Kajabi agency. Six years on the platform, 200+ client sites, a team of designers and developers in Ukraine. I am the top-rated Kajabi independent on Contra. I also run an online course business with my wife, so I know the other side too: the launch, the emails, the refunds, the weeks when nobody buys.
This year Kajabi sent me a plaque for crossing $1,000,000 on the platform. I am showing it so you know I sell on Kajabi too, not just build on it. I will not promise you a plaque. I will promise you a straight answer about whether your idea can sell at all.
Clients tell me the reason they work with me is that I talk them out of things. I will do the same here.
Price, dates, seats

- Before you pay
- We talk for 30 minutes. If I do not think this is a fit, I will say so, and you keep your money.
The break is on purpose: week 2 homework is five real conversations with potential buyers, and the break gives you three weeks to have them instead of one.
The founding price exists because you are the first group and I want honest feedback, and a short testimonial if you found it useful. Book the call by November 30 and $700 is locked, even if the call itself lands in early December.
Questions people ask
What if I do not have an audience yet?
Most people in the group do not. Week 2 is built for that. Five conversations is enough to hear the truth. Building an audience comes later, and only if the idea passes.
What if I already started building?
Then you have something to test. Bring it. Some people find out they should keep going. Some find out they should change the offer before they spend more.
Why is there a break in the middle?
Because the December start puts the hardest homework, your five buyer conversations, over the holidays, and three weeks is better than one for finding five real people. The calls pause. The community and my written feedback do not.
Do I need Kajabi?
Not for these four weeks. You get a trial so you can look around. Nothing gets built in Decide.
Is this a sales pitch for the other stages?
The other stages exist and I told you the prices above. Some people in every group are told not to continue. That is the point of Stage 1.
What if I cannot make a call?
Calls are recorded. Homework still counts. But if you know now you will miss two of the four, wait for the next group.
Why a group and not one on one?
Because you learn as much from watching someone else's idea get taken apart as from your own. And because one on one for four weeks would cost you five times as much.
You already know you need a decision
If you have been thinking about this for more than six months, you already know you need a decision, not more ideas. Book the call. If it is not for you, I will tell you in the first ten minutes.
