Stage 1 · Decide · 4 weeks

Find out if your course idea will actually sell.

Before you spend a year and $10,000 finding out the hard way.

Decide is a 4-week group program with Serge from Inweba. Weekly video lessons with worksheets, four live calls, real conversations with five potential buyers, and the math. You leave with a one-page decision: build it, change it, or don't build it yet. Nothing gets built in these four weeks.

Full refund until January 18. Not sure yet? Book a free 30-minute call and I will tell you straight.

Most course sites fail before they launch

Here is the situation I see every week. Somebody has an idea for a course, a coaching program, or a membership. They sign up for Kajabi, hire a designer or spend four months recording videos, launch, and sell four copies. Or zero.

“In 200+ builds I have almost never seen a site fail because of the design.”

It fails because nobody checked, before building, whether the right people wanted this thing at this price. I build these for a living, so take this seriously: a lot of the people who come to me for a build are not ready, and I tell them. Decide is that conversation, done properly, over four weeks, with a group in the same spot.

Who this is for

Built for coaches, consultants and experts who want to sell what they know.

This is for you if

  • You have an idea for a course, coaching program, or membership, and you have not built it yet, or you built something and it did not sell.
  • People already ask you about the thing you know. A job, a practice, a skill, a result.
  • You can give this 3 to 4 hours a week for 4 weeks.
  • You want a straight answer more than encouragement.

This is not for you if

  • You already have paying customers and a working offer. Talk to me about a build instead.
  • You want to hear that your idea is great. Sometimes the answer is "not this, not yet."
  • You want a course on how to make a course. This is a decision, not a curriculum.

Four weeks. One decision.

Before week 1 you get three short videos: a welcome, a 10-minute Kajabi tour, and a walkthrough of your Decision Doc. About 25 minutes in total.

  1. Week 1

    Pick what to sell

The five shapes a knowledge business can take (mini course, signature course, membership, group coaching, or group first and course later), what each one earns and what each one costs you every week. You also learn the one problem test, then write your transformation statement and pick a shape.

  2. Week 2

    Talk to five real buyers

Who counts as a real buyer and where to find five. I give you a three question script and the rule that you do not pitch. You write down their words and their prices, and learn what to listen for.

  3. Week 3

    Run your numbers

Three competitors and what their reviews complain about, a price range from what buyers told you, and the Viability Sheet: how many buyers you need, from what audience. Plus the two Kajabi numbers nobody puts on a sales page.

  4. Week 4

    Decide

Score the idea on five lines, each with one line of evidence, and choose: go, not yet, or pivot. All three count as a pass. Everyone says their decision out loud. Then you and I talk one on one.

How it works

  1. 01

A weekly rhythm. Each week: a recorded lesson (20 to 30 minutes) with slides, and a homework worksheet. Then one live group call, Tuesdays at 12pm Eastern, 90 minutes. Every call is recorded, and the replay is in your course the next day.

  2. 02

Hot seats on every call. A hot seat is 10 minutes on your own idea, with me and the group. Four people get one on each call, so everyone gets a deep one during the four weeks. Everyone also speaks every week.

  3. 03

Written feedback before every call. Homework is due the Saturday before each Tuesday call, and I write back in your document before we meet. Homework not in, no hot seat that week. You still join the call. That is the only rule.

  4. 04

Your own Google Drive folder. Your intake form, your Decision Doc and your Viability Sheet, plus the script and invitation for your five conversations. Everything you make is yours and stays yours after the program ends. Download it all whenever you like.

  5. 05

A private community in Kajabi. For questions between calls. You get in the moment you pay. The community and the course stay open for six weeks in total: the four program weeks and two weeks after. The Welcome module opens January 1, so you can see how everything works before Lesson 1.

  6. 06

A 30-minute call with me at the end. One on one, February 3 to 6, to go through your decision.

What you leave with: one page

Your transformation statement, your ideal client in five lines, what five real people told you, the math, and a scored decision with the reason. My verdict is on it too, in writing: what I would do, and what I would not. You can show it to your spouse or your business partner and explain why you are, or are not, spending money on this next.

You also get it as a designed one-page PDF with your name on it. Most programs end with a certificate. This one ends with a decision you can hold.

What people spend before they find out

Typical costs. Yours may be lower or higher:

  • A year of Kajabi with nothing sellingabout $2,000
  • A course on how to make a course, with no tech helpabout $2,000
  • A freelancer to build it, with no strategy$3,000 to $10,000
  • And the year. The year is the expensive part.

Decide is four weeks and $700 for the founding group. If the answer is no, it is the cheapest no you will ever get.

People I have worked with

These are clients from my Kajabi site and landing page projects, not from this program. Decide is new, so you are the first group.

Who's telling you this

I run Inweba, a Kajabi agency. Six years on the platform, 200+ client sites, a team of designers and developers in Ukraine. I am the top-rated Kajabi independent on Contra. I also run an online course business with my wife, so I know the other side too: the launch, the emails, the refunds, the weeks when nobody buys.

This year Kajabi sent me a plaque for crossing $1,000,000 on the platform. I am showing it so you know I sell on Kajabi too, not just build on it. I will not promise you a plaque. I will promise you a straight answer about whether your idea can sell at all.

Clients tell me the reason they work with me is that I talk them out of things. I will do the same here.

The full path, no surprises

Decide ends with a decision. If the answer is "don't build it", we are done. If it passes, there are three more stages, and you can stop after any of them. Stage 1 is the only thing you are buying today.

  1. 1

    Decide

You are here · buy today

Talk to five real buyers, run your numbers, and leave with a one-page decision.

    $1,0004 weeks
  2. 2

    Offer

    Only if it passes

Lock your offer and price, write your sales page, then sell for two weeks. Capped at 8.

    What is in it

We lock your offer and your price from your Stage 1 evidence, write your sales page in a working document, and build your outreach list. That is the first four weeks. The last two weeks you sell: doors open, a real deadline, and me in your corner while you talk to real buyers. The pass mark is not a feeling, it is people paying you before anything gets built. Weekly group call, three one-on-ones with me, written feedback within 48 hours. Capped at 8.

    2 × $2,5006 weeks
  3. 3

    Build

    Only if it passes

My team builds your site and your offers. Five slots per group.

    What is in it

My team builds it: the site and your offers. Your main program at the center, a small course under $100 so a stranger has an easy first yes, and a premium offer on top, usually 1:1 coaching or a VIP tier. If one of those does not fit your business, we swap it for what does. Design, checkout, emails, launch. Paid 25 / 50 / 25. Five slots per group, because that is how many the team can run well at once.

    $10,000 to $12,0003 months
  4. 4

    Grow

    Only if it passes

We keep it running while you sell. Month to month.

    What is in it

After launch, your job is to sell what we built, not to build more. So Stage 4 starts light: my team keeps everything running and makes the small fixes your first real customers show us, while you promote. $750 a month, month to month. When the numbers show it is selling, we step up to the monthly plan: a call with me every month, a one-page report, and one focused build every quarter. $2,000 a month, in 3-month blocks. Traffic, content, and promotion are yours, everything inside Kajabi is ours. One product selling well beats five products sitting there, and I will tell you honestly if the light plan is all you need.

    From $750Monthly

Questions people ask

How many hours a week?

3 to 4 hours. One short lesson, the homework, and the 90-minute call on Tuesday. Homework is due Saturday, and I write back before the call.

Is it live or recorded?

Both. The lessons are recorded, so you watch them when it suits you. The four group calls are live inside the community, Tuesdays at 12pm Eastern. They are recorded too, and the replay is in your course the next day.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You watch videos, talk to people, and fill in documents. You do not build anything.

What if I do not have an audience yet?

Most people in the group do not. Week 2 is built for that. Five conversations is enough to hear the truth. Building an audience comes later, and only if the idea passes.

What if I already started building?

Then you have something to test. Bring it. Some people find out they should keep going. Some find out they should change the offer before they spend more.

Do I need Kajabi?

No. Nothing gets built in Decide, so you do not need a Kajabi account. You work in Google Docs and watch videos.

What if I cannot make a call?

Calls are recorded. Homework still counts. But if you know now you will miss two of the four, wait for the next group.

Why a group and not one on one?

Because you learn as much from watching someone else's idea get taken apart as from your own. And because one on one for four weeks would cost you five times as much.

Is this a sales pitch for the other stages?

The other stages exist and I told you the prices above. Some people in every group are told not to continue. That is the point of Stage 1.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

You keep your Decision Doc, your Google Drive folder and the call recordings. Download everything whenever you like. The course and the community stay open for two weeks after the program ends, six weeks in total. If the answer is yes, we can talk about what comes next. If the answer is no, you saved yourself a year.

You already know you need a decision

If you have been thinking about this for more than six months, you already know you need a decision, not more ideas. Not sure yet? Book the 30-minute call. If it is not for you, I will tell you in the first ten minutes.
