01 · Kajabi Basic

Kajabi Basic. A few changes a month, and someone to call when it breaks.

Your site is built. You are not launching anything big. You just want to swap a photo, fix a link, add a testimonial, and know that if checkout stops working someone will fix it today. Four requests a month, three business days each. Urgent stuff same day and it does not count against your four.

02 · Kajabi Care

Kajabi Care. Nothing breaks. Changes get done.

For a site that is built and just needs a team behind it. Send a request in Outlign or on Telegram. Most are done within two business days. Site down, checkout broken, members locked out: same day.

What counts as a request
  • Text, image, price, and link changes on any existing page
  • New sections using your existing design
  • Fixing anything broken: pages, forms, automations, checkout, login
  • Uploading lessons, downloads, blog posts, and newsletters you wrote
  • Tags, segments, simple automations, settings, integrations, DNS
What is not a request

New pages, new funnels, new courses, email sequences, redesigns. Those are builds. We quote them, or you move to Managed and get one every quarter.

03 · Kajabi Managed · Most chosen

Kajabi Managed. A build every quarter, and everything in between.

For people who launch. Every quarter we build one thing together: a funnel, a sales page, a course, an email sequence, a launch. We plan it on a monthly call, you send us your content, we design and build it, you approve, it goes live. Between builds, everything in Care is included.

How a quarter works
  • Month 1: we agree on the build. You send content. We design and build.
  • Month 2: you approve. We go live. You promote.
  • Month 3: we read the numbers, make adjustments, plan the next one.

04 · Growth Sprint

Growth Sprint. One launch, planned, built, and read in 90 days.

You have one thing that matters most right now. A webinar. A course launch. A lead magnet that should be feeding your list and is not. The Sprint takes that one thing from idea to live to numbers in 90 days.

What happens
  • Day 1: strategy session. What you are launching, who it is for, the offer, what you already have.
  • Week 1: we write the plan.
  • Day 10: you get a written 90-day plan. What we build, what you send, every date.
  • Days 11 to 55: we build. You produce your pieces. One check-in call halfway.
  • Days 55 to 75: live. You promote. We watch.
  • Day 90: wrap-up call. What happened at each step, one round of adjustments to the weakest step, and what to do next.
What is included

Strategy session. Written plan. One complete funnel: opt-in page, thank-you page, sales page, checkout, up to 7 emails, automations, tracking. Four calls with Serge. One round of post-launch adjustments. A next-90-day recommendation.

What is not

Ads, social, traffic, copy from scratch, or a promise about sales. The first run of any funnel is a baseline. We tell you what the numbers say.

Questions, answered straight.

Do you write copy?

No. You send it, we tighten it and place it. If you need a copywriter we will introduce you to one.

What if I need a new sales page on Basic or Care?

We quote it from the rate card, or you move to Managed and it is your build for the quarter.

What happens if I use all 4 Basic requests?

You wait for next month, or move to Care. If you hit 4 two months in a row we will suggest Care ourselves.

Sprint or Managed? They cost almost the same.

Sprint is one launch with a start and an end. Managed is a team that stays. For $700 more than a Sprint, a Managed quarter gets you the same build plus three months of unlimited changes, fixes on your whole site, and a monthly call. Another launch coming after this one? Managed. Just this one, or you want to try us first? Sprint. Most people start with a Sprint and move to Managed when the second launch comes up.

Can I move between plans?

Yes. Up any time. Down at the end of your current term. Sprint to any plan on the wrap-up call.

Reschedule with the calendar link. No charge, no lost month.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the work: built, tested, live, on time when your content is on time. We do not guarantee sales. Nobody honest can.
